The jewel in the Equitation Station’s crown, Perkee Rhoyal Gem, or “Rhoyal,” stood at stud for 17 years. This Khemosabi grandson was a charismatic stallion whose good looks were surpassed only by his grace and personality.
Wonderfully versatile and quick to learn, he showed in many disciplines, and reached the Prix St. Georges level in dressage.
He was a beautiful stallion of the classic Arab type with an impeccable work ethic, who loved being around people and was very people oriented. He passed on his beauty, intelligence and great work ethic to his offspring, and was a top 10 dressage producing stallion. He produced 24 dressage winners out of 61 foals, or 39.3%.
